Join us for the fourth edition of 'Welcome Talent!', a platform dedicated to sharing diversity and inclusion initiatives with students and HR professionals, aimed at fostering talent attraction and promoting equal opportunity employment. Co-organized by myGwork, the premier talent platform and professional network for the LGBTQ+ community, and IE Out & Allies Club, this event promises insightful discussions and networking opportunities.
 
This edition's theme, 'The Power of an Inclusive Brand', underscores the significance of brand visibility and awareness within the LGBTQ+ community. We'll delve into innovative marketing campaigns that attract diverse talent and explore the strategic collaboration between human resources and marketing to effectively communicate and embody organizational values.
 
Our panel, moderated by Spanish journalist Adrián Bono, will showcase success stories such as Virgin Atlantic's transformative decision to change the dress code of its flight personnel, resulting in a doubling of job applications. We'll also spotlight best practices provided by AMEX Global Business Travel and Haleon to demonstrate their commitment to the LGBTQ+ community, along with media campaigns raising awareness about LGBTQ+ individuals and their challenges. Additionally, expect a presentation on LGBTQ+ diversity research and best inclusion practices by myGwork's Global Business Development Director, Michelle "Michi" Raymond.
 
This event offers a platform for recognition and a unique opportunity to expand your knowledge in Diversity & Inclusion, Talent Attraction, and Social Marketing. It's a chance to network with like-minded organizations and connect with the best international talent.

She is the National Convener of Pride PH, the organization that organized the biggest Pride March in Southeast Asia to date. Currently, she’s finishing her Masters Degrees in  International MBA and Creative Direction, Content, and Branding at IE University in Madrid, Spain.



A TV and events host/presenter, writer, actress, peanut butter maker, brand ambassador, and content creator based in Manila, Philippines, Miss Mela is fond of pop culture and pageants, desires to follow the footsteps of Oprah and Naomi Campbell, aims to spread the love Miss Mela’s Peanut Butter globally, and dreams of having a family of her own.
