Join us for the 19th edition of LGBT+@Work, Europe’s longest-running LGBTQ+ business conference — and the most vibrant yet.

This year’s theme, Pride Empowers, celebrates how queer leadership, visibility, and creativity spark powerful change across industries and generations. From marketing to government, finance to tech, our speakers are living proof that authenticity is power.

She is a featured guest at major Pride events such as those in Vilnius, Tel Aviv, Madrid, Maspalomas, Torremolinos, and is the official host of Pride Barcelona. She has also hosted television programs.

Her ability to embody a wide range of characters makes Sharonne a truly multifaceted performer. All of this has made Sharonne an influential figure, followed by thousands of people.

Finance, YouTube and is also an ADCOLOR nominee. He served as a Jury Member of the Cannes Lions Glass Lions (Lion of Change) in 2024 and was recently inducted as an Executive Member of the International Academy of Digital Arts & Sciences. Daisy formerly headed up the Global Banking sector at BCLP.

Daisy has spearheaded a number of award-winning programmes and initiatives and continues to work with experts, clients, and communities across all strands of inclusion and belonging to develop next and best practice in this space. A true thought leader, as well as working with our clients on a daily basis, Daisy regularly delivers global keynote speeches and her work has effected real change across the legal industry and beyond. 

Recently, Daisy was the 2024 recipient of Global Law Firm Diversity Champion Award from the Walgreens Legal Department as well as featured in The Guardian's Pride Powerlist Top Ten LGBTQ* Role Models 2025.

Under Daisy's stewardship, BCLP has been recognised by a number of awards, including by Stonewall as a Top Global Employer, and also recently received the McDonald's EMPOWER Award far commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion. Daisy was also part of the team that provided BCLP's groundbreaking pro bono support far Pride Uve to establish the historic Stonewall National Monument Visitor Center in New York in 2024.

Daisy's impact on changing societal views is perhaps best exemplified by the recent book 'Women who Dared to Break all the Rules' being dedicated to her.
