Join us for a Ceviche & Pisco Sour Workshop, where you’ll learn how to prepare two of Peru’s most iconic classics, guided by Chef Mauricio Coello.
From mastering the perfect pisco sour to preparing fresh, authentic ceviche, this hands-on workshop focuses on learning, tasting, and enjoying. Participants will also discover the stories, traditions, and cultural significance behind these dishes, highlighting why Peruvian cuisine is deeply connected to culture and identity.
No prior cooking experience is required.
