This is an invitation to improve your physical as well as mental well-being by running within a team and enjoying Madrid.
Schedule:
There will be regular weekly sessions happening
Tuesdays at 6:30pm - 7:30pm at IE Tower (Meeting Point: IE Athletic Center)
Saturdays at 10:30am - 11:30am at Retiro Park (Meeting Point: Puerta de Alcalá Entrance)

Professional Coach:
Shane O'Connor
Shane, originally from Dublin and now based in Madrid, is a versatile educator, trainer, and facilitator with a rich background in health, fitness, and wellbeing. He is a qualified Yoga Teacher, Personal Trainer, Natural Movement Specialist, and Outdoor Pursuits Instructor. Shane has spent over two decades working as a freelance trainer and consultant, with experience across five continents, empowering diverse groups through health, personal development, and leadership training.
Shane has merged his passion for natural health interventions with his commitment to working with communities in conflict. He has developed and led a Global Education Network that connects and supports educators and those passionate about education, aiming to foster better health, wellbeing, and opportunities to thrive.
Currently, Shane works as an Adjunct Professor at the Centre for Health and Wellbeing at IE University in addition to facilitating weekly session on their Mindfulness Programme for staff and students and teaching on various other courses at the University.
He is also a freelance consultant, coach, and facilitator, providing in-person and online training across Spain, Ireland, the UK, and the global community. His work focuses on helping people improve their health, challenge their limits, and contribute meaningfully to their communities.
