Every December 31st since 1964, Madrid hosts the most popular athletic event in Spain: the San Silvestre Vallecana. It’s an experience you have to try at least once in your life. Sports and celebration come together in this 10-kilometer race, with both popular and elite editions.
Last year, the race was a huge success, with nearly 42,000 runners in the popular race and many of the world’s top long-distance runners participating in the international edition.
