Run formats will vary from week to week—ranging from easy-paced runs and interval workouts to progressive long runs—ensuring a well-rounded and engaging experience throughout the season.
📍 Start Location: Saturday Runs begin at Pomona and take us through the scenic routes of Retiro Park. We do between 8k-10k usually at varying paces. We join the Pomona Run Club and their coach Ana.
📍 On Tuesdays, we´ll start directly in Retiro Park (Puerta de Alcala entrance), though you can pass by Pomona before if you need. We do between 4k-6k mixed with mobility, forms, drills, or intervals.
