This fall, our training will focus on building a strong foundation with an emphasis on mobility, form, and shorter intervals. As the semester progresses, we’ll gradually increase intensity and distance to prepare for fall races and, ultimately, a half/full marathon in the spring.
Run formats will vary from week to week—ranging from easy-paced runs and interval workouts to progressive long runs—ensuring a well-rounded and engaging experience throughout the season.
📍 Start Location: Saturday runs begin at Pomona and take us through the scenic routes of Retiro Park.
On Saturdays, we’ll also collaborate with Pomona’s Run Club to strengthen community ties and enjoy the run together.
Tuesday runs begin directly in Retiro Park (Puerta de Alcala).
