Adventure Tickets

Do you love adventure, the sea, and being out in nature? If you do not have regatta experience or do not feel like competing this time - this is the right option for you!

While the regatta is taking place, the holders of adventure tickets will be grouped to enjoy together a variety of outdoors activities.

Both before and after the regatta and adventure activities, everyone is together for the fun, social and networking activities we are preparing. To join, book the "Adventure" ticket in the registration section of the bookings page.

On Saturday, October 14th all the Adventure participants will join a for a day of catamaran sailing to playa papagayo, with lunch onboard included.

On Friday, October 13th the Adventure participants will join for another outdoor activity. In the registration form, you will be asked to rank the activities in order of preference. Participants will be assigned to the activities accordingly to their preference and availability. If the activity is full, participants will be assigned to the next activity in their order of preference.

Please note that only the highest ranked activities among all participants will take place, in accordance with the number of min. and max. number of places available.

Saturday, October 14th - Catamaran Sailing - All Adventure Participants

Sail in a gorgeous and huge catamaran, enjoying the sun, the wind and the incredibly unique coastline of Lanzarote. Destination: Papagayo beach, the most beautiful beach of Los Ajaches Natural Park. Once anchored at the beach, take a bath, dive (snorkeling masks and tubes provided), go for a ride in jet ski, or simply enjoy the sun and good music in the catamaran. Food and open bar will be provided (including refreshments, wine, beer and cava).

Friday, October 13th - Option A - Dive Underwater in Playa Blanca

For certified divers: visit the underwater wonder of Playa Blanca Dive Site:  This dive is impressive because of its simplicity and because of the quantity and variety of the schools of fish present there. You will get unbeatable visibility on the outside of the breakwater for the majority of the year in this area. We can enjoy schools of bastard grunt, barracudas, Salema, striped seabream, bogue, sand smelt, sardines and tuna that swim along the coast.

Friday, October 13th - Option B - Lanzarote Volcano Tour & Timanfaya National Park

Lanzarote is built on fire and lava. On this tour you will discover the area destroyed by the volcanoes of the eighteenth century, and one of the main natural attractions of the island, the Timanfaya National Park. We also visit the volcano El Golfo with the green Lagoon, The cliffs Hervideros, Salinas de Janubio, Camel park and the wine region of La Geria. During the excursion you will have the opportunity to do the typical camel ride. The cost is extra €6 per person and it is paid directly at the camel park (cash only).

Friday, October 13th - Option C - Surf the Waves

Lanzarote is considered one of the best spots in the world to practice surf. Start the day learning the specific warm ups, learn the safety rules, learn how to get past the waves, and finally how to ride them successfully. Learn different manoeuvres, and practice, try, practice and try again. This sport is both addicting and energizing, you will not want to stop. Whether this is your first time or if you want to improve your technique, join and surf the waves!

Friday, October 13th - Option D - Trekking Lanzarote - North Coast

A day to discover the north of Lanzarote : hiking, enjoying free time in the town of Haria and the incredible panoramic tour on the bus with lovely views from Famara Cliff. We will start the trek Ermita de los Nieves, at the highest point of Lanzarote. The route takes us to El Bosquecillo, bordering the Risco de Famara and enjoying incredible views over Famara beach, the El Jable desert and the Islets of the Chinijo Archipelago. We make a break for lunch at El Bosquecillo before continuing to the Mirador de los Helechos where we enjoy the views over the town of Haría and the Valley of the Thousand Palms. We continue towards the village of Haría, where we have free time (you have the possibility to visit the house of César Manrique). We continue towards the northwest, driving along the cliff, near the Mirador del Río and enjoying the incredible panoramic view from the Risco de la Famara: La Graciosa Island, the Islets of the Chinijo Archipelago, the oldest salt flats of the Canary Islands. and the cliff beach. Total Duration: 6 hours (with hotel pick up).

Experienced sailors with regatta experience are encouraged to apply and participate with the Regatta ticket.

For those into social sailing and outdoors activity, or those that do not want to compete, join us with the Adventure ticket.
