The event
RSM MBA Regatta, bringing the experience of the previous regattas is ready to raise the level of the competition and to offer an amazing sailing experience for sailors from the Business Schools of the world.
Who can attend?
- Every RSM MBA, EMBA, OneMBA, MFM, PTO student or RSM Alumnus
- MBA Sailing Clubs of the MBA Sailing League (IE is included here!)
- MBA students and Alumni from Other Top Business Schools
- Colleagues, Faculty, Spouses or Family members (Maximum 25% per boat)
What do you need?
- Enthusiasm for Sailing and some sailing experience
- Strong will to compete and win
- Desire to build and develop your racing skills in a friendly and fun atmosphere
Where?
The Regatta will be held along the coast of the picturesque island of Malta. The country has seen influence for thousands of years from many great empires including the Roman, Moorish, British, and French to name a few. This heritage is evident in its architecture, museums, and archaeological sites like the ancient capital of Mdina and the UNESCO World Heritage-listed Megalithic Temples. The country also boasts gorgeous beaches with crystal clear waters and breathtaking backdrops. Our host for the Regatta will be the historic Royal Malta Yacht Club. Founded in 1835, the club is located right on the water in Ta’ Xbiex Marina.
The Boat
The SB20 (formerly Laser SB3) is a sailing boat designed by Tony Castro and is a British-built strict one-design 6.15m keelboat conceived as a wide appeal, competitive sportsboat for teams of four sailors male or female. It is also, arguably, the most successful long lasting modern sportsboat in the world with 800+ owners competing regularly in a programme of exciting local, national and international events.This classic in the making has the following stats:

Team of 4
With hotel + breakfast included - 735 euros/participant
If the team decides to stay in an Airbnb or another hotel - 580 euros/participant
What is included:
- A Division boat and races
- Welcome Reception with Cocktail Dinner on Thursday
- Accommodation with breakfast (depending on the ticket)
- Dinners for Friday and Saturday

- Refundable deposit for the boat
