Who can join?
You can participate if you are a Student or Alumni of any of the IE schools, including IE University, or from another top business schools. Alumni and Students from other business schools can also join either as business school team in a regatta, or for the adventure activities as an individual or group participants. While our audience is business school students and alumni, this event is NOT restricted to MBAs. Other master’s degrees are welcome to join! The more diversity, the better!
Not included in the price
Individual Travel Insurance. Travel to and from Lanzarote / Puerto Calero. Taxis. The drinks of the meals at the buffet dinners in the hotel, and any drinks or food not included in the specific activities. Regata Training. Refundable boats deposits (for regatta tickets). Anything not mentioned in the items included at the top of this page. Extra nights of lodgement in the hotel.
Bookings
Once you book, you will receive the payment instructions to the email you used to register. The payment can be done with by bank transfer, Revolut or Paypal (excluding fees). To confirm your ticket, pay in the 72 hours following the reception of the payment instructions. Once you pay, book your flights ASAP for better prices.
Cancelations
Until August 25th – Free Cancelation; Until September 15th – Cancelation Fee – 25%, Refund 75%; Until September 30th – Cancelation Fee – 50%, Refund 50%; From October 1st – Cancelation Fee – 100%, Refund 0% (no refunds). Please note that this excludes any transfer costs / payment fees associated, which we cannot refund given that they are charged by external entities (e.g. bank transfer cost, PayPal fees, etc.).
