Mic Drop Moments | Improv Edition

Ready to close the semester with something different? Join us for a fast-paced, comedy-driven public speaking session designed to help you think on your feet, loosen up, and sharpen your confidence in front of a crowd.

Hosted by the Public Speaking Club, this interactive event turns improvisation into a training ground for real communication skills. You’ll step into unexpected scenarios, react under pressure, and learn how to stay persuasive, composed, and entertaining — even when you have no idea what’s coming next.

Across a series of short, playful challenges, participants will practice humor, quick thinking, character delivery, debate strategy, and spontaneous storytelling. Whether you want to become a sharper speaker, a funnier one, or just survive presentations without panicking, this is a safe space to try, fail, laugh, and improve.

Expect the unexpected: random props, surprise prompts, strange characters, wrong answers, wild scenarios, and yes, the chance to win some genuinely fun prizes if you stand out.

If you want to grow as a speaker, get more comfortable improvising, or just have a good time before finals hit, this one’s for you. Oh, we also might have a surprise speaker who will share their journey and tips!
