Emilio García is a marketing and brand management professional with over 20 years of international experience.
Throughout his career, he has led marketing teams and strategies in global organizations such as the NBA, both in Europe and Latin America, where he spearheaded campaigns that connected with millions of fans and strengthened the relationship between brands and their audiences.
Currently, he is the Business Director of Real Betis Balompié, where he drives the club's commercial and marketing strategy, combining innovation, purpose, and fan engagement.
With leadership training from Harvard and MIT, and studies in Communication and Strategic Marketing from San Pablo CEU University and ESADE, Emilio embodies a global vision of marketing based on creativity, data, and people.
