HappyRobot x IE: What is an FDE?

🤖 HappyRobot x IE: What is an FDE? What does it take to build AI that runs real operations for some of the world’s biggest companies? On 17 November, IE Technology & Innovation Club is hosting an exclusive evening with HappyRobot, one of Europe’s most exciting AI companies right now. 🚀 Founded by three Spanish entrepreneurs, HappyRobot builds AI workers that handle calls, emails and messages for enterprises. It works with 150+ companies, including DHL, Uber and Repsol, and raised a $150M Series C in August 2026 at a $1.2B valuation. It’s also growing fast in Madrid and Barcelona, so it’s a great place to start a career. Some of the team will be on campus to show you how the company works, what a Forward Deployed Engineer does (one of the fastest-growing roles in AI), and how they hire. We’ll also announce the HappyRobot Hackathon at TechIE 2027 🏆, your first chance to get closer to the company and the opportunities that may follow. The evening is exclusive, so spots are limited and attendance is by application. HappyRobot wants to meet people who are genuinely interested in working with them, so please answer the questions thoughtfully. We’ll notify selected applicants by email. 📅 Tuesday, 17 November 2026 🕕 6:00 pm to 9:00 pm at the latest 📍 V-Hub, IE University Attendance by application.
