The job market is shifting fast, and AI is no longer just a productivity tool — it's becoming a direct lever for career growth, opportunity creation, and reinvention. In this edition of The Advantage, hosted in collaboration with the IE Technology & Innovation Club, we explore how ambitious professionals are already using AI to position themselves strategically, build visibility, and unlock entirely new paths. Through two curated showcases built around real workflows, prompts, and tools that the speakers genuinely use day-to-day, you'll leave with things you can apply to your own career before you even leave the room — not theory, but practice.

Showcases:

• Showcase 1: Skills and roles shaping the next 10 years of the job market, with Eugenia Dunaeva, who brings 15+ years leading growth and partnerships across global tech companies like Meta and Expedia and now works across startups, VC, and AI-driven innovation. She'll unpack how AI is redefining the job market and the new AI-native roles companies are actively hiring for.
• Showcase 2: How to spot your next professional opportunity with AI, with Gabriela Gomez, a creative strategist who recently used AI as real leverage to land her dream role. She'll take us behind the scenes of her AI-powered job search, from personalized application microsites and AI-copiloted outreach to custom CV-tailoring agents, with real screenshots, prompts, and systems you can use immediately. The evening wraps with drinks and mingling.

The Advantage is a community designed to drive AI adoption among women, though people of all genders who support the mission are welcome to learn alongside us. Open to IE University students and external guests, subject to registration and capacity.

Important information:

• Doors open at 18:30h, and 19:00 start. 
• External people to IE must register with their DNI or passport, and will have to bring this personal document to the event in order to do the checkin. 
• Both men and women are welcome to come!
