  • How do I apply?

Complete the application form and attach your CV.

  • How many shadowing opportunities can I apply to?

You can apply to a maximum of 5 shadowing opportunities, and list them in order of preference.

  • Can I participate in more than one shadowing opportunity?

  • Is transportation to campuses provided?

No. Shadowees are responsible for travelling to and from the specified campuses for each shadowing position. This campus location is clearly indicated in the description of each shadowing opportunity.

  • How do I incorporate this into my CV?

Use this template:  "[Name of Department] via IE Shadowing Program" as the title, and "Shadowee" as your position. You may list this in your Experience section on your CV. For example, "Talent and Careers Department via IE Shadowing Program". Feel free to include this in the EXPERIENCE section of your CV and elaborate on your contribution with bullet points.

  • Who is responsible for me during the shadowing period?

You will report directly to the Shadowing Mentor from the specific department, and they will be your primary point of contact for any information or issues.
