Led by Nicole Pérez, the CEO & Founder of Blum, University of Pennsylvania Master’s graduate in performance psychology (GRIT), and Hudson Institute certified executive coach.

This session provides the scientific backing and practical tools you need to dismantle self-doubt during high-stakes moments like interviews, networking, and taking on new leadership roles.
