Noelle Cajigas is a seasoned finance professional with over 20 years of experience in investment banking. She joined KPMG Spain in 2016 as a partner responsible for Capital Markets within the Deal Advisory division. In 2018, she was appointed Head of Markets, leading cross-functional initiatives and joining the firm's Executive Committee. In October 2021, Noelle became the Head of Deal Advisory for KPMG Spain, overseeing services such as Corporate Finance, Funding Advisory, Transaction Services, and Strategy & Value Creation. As of October 2023, she also serves as the Head of Deal Advisory for the EMA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region, a role she combines with her responsibilities in Spain. Before KPMG, Noelle held leadership positions at BNP Paribas, including Head of Capital Markets and Corporate Debt Platform for Iberia. She is also the co-chair of the Spanish chapter of Women Corporate Directors, a global organization promoting governance best practices among women corporate directors.
