In Jess’s words:
“For the longest time, I felt like I would work completely against my body! I never understood why some days of the month I felt like I was full of energy and some other days all I wanted to do was crawl up under a blanket and disappear from the world. Then I learned that the menstrual cycle has a much bigger impact on us than most women are aware of. Most women are becoming sicker with not only hormonal illnesses but are also burning out at work and in their personal lives, because they don’t know how to work with their cycle.”

Jessica will hold a workshop about the importance of understanding hormonal health, how it affects our everyday lives and how this knowledge can be used to our advantage in the workplace and beyond. Some specific topics to be discussed include the menstrual cycle (and no the cycle does not only consist of ovulation and the period), the different phases of the menstrual cycle, how the cycle affects us at work but also in our personal life and how with the right tricks and tips we can learn how to work with our cycle so that we as women can feel empowered every single day. This content has truly been a GAME - CHANGER for so many women from all around the world.

Jessica Karwat is a Women’s Holistic Health & Empowerment Coach, a certified vegan nutritionist, fitness trainer, certified yoga instructor and holy fire reiki master.

After years of working with over 200 clients from all around the world, Jess has been teaching about the importance of holistic and women’s health.
