As we close this cycle of the Women 2 Women Mentoring Program, we want to take a moment to acknowledge the effort, honesty, and openness each of you brought to the table. This wasn’t about big gestures—it was about small, consistent steps: a thoughtful question, a shared challenge, a new perspective.
Whether you were a mentor, a mentee, or someone considering joining next time, we’d love for you to be part of the closing ceremony. It’s a space to reflect on what we’ve learned, reconnect with the people who’ve shaped this experience, and maybe inspire someone else to take that first step next year.

Begoña de la Torre Fernández de Moya has built a career marked by evolution. After years in executive leadership, she chose to shift course, looking for her “purpose”—launching her own consulting practice and diving into work that felt more aligned with how she wanted to show up in the world. She’s led teams, made tough decisions, and also paused to reimagine what her professional life could look like—while raising four kids along the way. That mix of ambition and vulnerability makes her story not just impressive, but relatable.

As President of the IE Top Management Alumni Club, Begoña is someone who connects people with intention. She believes deeply in the value of mentorship—not as a one-way street, but as an exchange of trust, experience, and curiosity. Her journey reflects what the IE Alumni Women Network stands for: not perfection, but community, courage, and showing up for each other through every twist and turn.
