Paper Submission Process

We invite submissions that advance theory, empirical evidence, methodological approaches, and practical insights in the field of impact investing. The conference aims to combine academic rigor with practical relevance, bringing together scholars, practitioners, and policy-oriented actors.

  • Discussion Panels

We invite proposals for interactive discussion panels that address applied perspectives, empirical insights, and current developments in the field of impact investing. Panels are designed to foster meaningful dialogue by bringing together academic scholars and practitioners, such as impact investors, social entrepreneurs, impact measurement experts, and, where appropriate, policymakers operating at local, national, or international levels.

Panel proposals should include a brief abstract outlining the topics to be covered and the names and affiliations of 1-2 practitioners or policy-makers and 1-2 academics. Please pre-confirm with the expected panelists their availabilities

What to submit: Panel proposals (maximum 5 pages, double-spaced, Times New Roman 12) should include the following:
    • Title and Abstract (max. 150 words)
    • Panel rationale and relevance: outlining the theme, its relevance to impact investing research and practice, and the intended contribution to academic–practitioner dialogue.
    • Proposed speakers (1–2 academics and 1–2 practitioners and/or policymakers), with affiliations. Please pre-confirm with the expected panelists their availabilities.

Submission deadline for panel proposals: submissions can be made until 1 June and are accepted on a rolling basis 2026.

Notifications for panel proposal: Acceptance will be made on a rolling basis.
