Where can I apply to the Microinternships?

What are the requirements to apply?
• Currently in your 1st or 2nd year of a single degree or 1st, 2nd or 3rd year of a dual degree.
• Use the IE CV Template.
I’m already signed up for an IEU Lab and/or YCP, can I still participate in the micro-internship program?
Yes you can, as long as they are compatible in times.
Do I need to speak Spanish to participate in the MIP?
It depends on the company you are applying to! We recommend you to pay special attention to the “Student Profile” section for each project, they will define the Spanish level desired. Therefore, some of these companies will expect students to speak a sufficient level of Spanish to be able to interact, understand and integrate with other employees of the firm.
Can I do an internship in another company while participating in the MIP?
Yes, as long as it is not done during the internship period established by the MIP company for the projects.
Do the companies choose the students or do the students choose the companies?
When applying, you have to specify your project preferences. The university selects the students for the company insight and will send their CV to the Company. The Company will later complete the final selection after the company insight for the micro-internship. We try to respect students´ preferences but always take into account the profile requested by the companies.
What if during the program the company is not happy with my work and involvement?
They may request another candidate.
