What is an Assessment Centre? 
Assessment Centres (or ACs) are the most competitive recruitment techniques used by companies to identify top talent. Amazon, McKinsey, Siemens, UBS… to name a few.
It is used to evaluate candidates behavior as an indicator of their potential at that company in a series of group and individual exercises. 
 

What do I need to know BEFORE I register?

• At this time, this simulation is limited to only current masters students at IE.
• There is limited capacity. Students with an upcoming Assessment Centre as part of a hiring process will be given priority. 
• The simulation does not excuse you from class. But we offer varied days and times to meet all students needs. Please choose a day and time that fits your schedule accordingly.
• We require commitment from everyone who registers. If you sign up and confirm your attendance, you are expected to attend. Confirmed participants that cancel less than 48 hours before or don't show up will not be permitted to join another AC simulation in the future.
