Born in summer 2021, Casa F.A.F. is a festival that aims to generate interaction of people from diverse backgrounds at Casa de la Moneda Segovia, the home of the IE Creativity Center.
𝗖𝗮𝘀𝗮 is both a celebration of creativity and the epitome of comfort: 𝗰𝗮𝘀𝗮 (𝗵𝗼𝗺𝗲) is how we feel when we are in our element, this is to say free and self-realized surrounded by the people we love.
On May 16th 2025, Casa is presenting its freshest Spring sequel for third year in a row. At the end of the academic year, the last best chance for social mingling, shared memories, and farewell before summer break.
An entire journey for community building, outdoors performances and pure joy!

City of Segovia Bouldering Book Release
Join us for the launch of City of Segovia Bouldering — a free online guidebook that aims to get more people outside by providing information and maps on climbing that is walking distance from of one of Spain’s most beautiful cities.
Featuring Dr. Scott Borden, IE University faculty member and author of the guide, who will speak on:
* The importance of nature for mental and physical health
* How climbing builds community
* The inspiration behind the guide and what makes Segovia a unique urban climbing destination
The guidebook includes:
* Insightful sections on Segovia’s history, local geology, flora and fauna, and maps and pictures for locating climbing areas
* Climbing ethics for preserving outdoor spaces
* Seven bouldering areas – all within walking distance from the city center
Also featuring Phoebe Zeidberg, who will speak on:
* The IE Climbing Club
* How the sport is growing on campus
* Fostering strong student bonds through movement, challenge, and connection.
Free refreshments will be served.
Don’t miss this chance to celebrate climbing, community, and the incredible natural heritage right outside our doors.
Open to students, faculty, climbers, and anyone curious about getting outside and exploring Segovia in a new way.
