The Winter Solstice is a time of new beginnings. It marks the longest night of the year where the sun’s path is at its furthest, most northern point in the sky. This day represents the ending of one season, and a joyful emergence into the next. After the Solstice, the days begin to lengthen.
6:30 PM – 8:30 PM
Join us for a special Sun Salutation practice during Happiness Week as we welcome the spring equinox, a moment traditionally associated with renewal, balance, and new beginnings. This guided session invites you to move with intention, release what no longer serves you, and step into the new season with clarity and energy.
All levels welcome.
No need to bring a mat, The Garden Studio will have Lululemon mats available.

Practicing 108 Sun Salutations is a tradition often used to welcome the summer solstice and mark the transition into a new season with intention and energy. Through repetition, breath, and movement, the practice becomes both a physical and mental challenge, helping build stamina, focus, and resilience while encouraging participants to move beyond their usual limits in a supportive community environment.
The experience is not about perfection or speed, but about presence, consistency, and shared energy. Participants are encouraged to listen to their bodies, take breaks when needed, and approach the practice at their own pace.
