Climathon Madrid 2026 | Building a More Circular Madrid

Join Climathon Madrid 2026, a week-long, hands-on innovation challenge bringing together multidisciplinary student teams and emerging entrepreneurs to rethink Madrid’s buildings, materials and urban spaces through creative, circular solutions.

Through interactive workshops, masterclasses, expert mentorship and independent team development, participants will explore real-world circular economy challenges within Madrid’s built environment.

Working alongside companies and industry partners in the sector, teams will gain valuable industry insights and collaborate to design, validate and pitch innovative solutions with real-world implementation potential.

The experience culminates in a final pitch event, where teams present their solutions to experts and ecosystem partners. Promising projects may have opportunities to continue beyond Climathon through further validation, venture development, industry partnerships, pilot projects and potential funding or investment pathways.

No previous entrepreneurship experience is required. Climathon welcomes participants from different academic backgrounds who are motivated to collaborate, think creatively and contribute to a more sustainable Madrid.
