Program Overview

TARGET

Students in their 1st and 2nd year (single degrees) and 1st to 3rd year (dual degrees) are eligible to apply.

ACTIVITIES

Learn by doing as you get involved in activities giving you countless ways to make a meaningful impact

DURATION

Most projects run for 2-3 months with about 3 hours per week.

Learn by Doing

Across all projects, you’ll grow in many ways: working with others, communicating clearly, organizing tasks, adapting when things change, managing your time, and taking responsibility in real situations.

Projects in which you’ll learn practical abilities such as planning activities or events, coordinating simple logistics, creating posters or digital content, handling basic budgets or inventories, and recording information to understand impact. Everything you learn comes from doing things hands-on, side by side with your team and the partner organization.

Available Projects

The current projects available are being offered by Fundación Luz Casanova. This is a Madrid-based organization supporting people experiencing homelessness and women survivors of gender-based violence, along with their children. They create safe, welcoming spaces where individuals can reconnect, find support, and feel accompanied while rebuilding stability in their lives.

Every day, they offer activities, workshops, meals, training opportunities, and personal guidance. Their mission is simple but powerful: help people regain confidence, strengthen their skills, and move forward with the tools they need to build a more independent and fulfilling future.
