Karen Khalaf is an Associate Partner in Bain & Company's Middle East offices. She is an active member of the Private Equity, Real Estate & Retail practices.
Karen has nearly eight years of management consulting experience, focusing on growth strategy development and execution, customer experience improvement program design and implementation, change management, performance improvement, due diligence and post-acquisition strategy. She is also the regional champion for Women at Bain, and takes active interest in recruiting prominent talent to Bain ME.
Ms. Khalaf holds an MS in Engineering from Stanford University (USA) and a dual degree BS in Economics / BS in Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University (USA).
