The IE Women Leadership Forum – Give to Gain is a half-day, high-impact leadership event that blends inspiration, skill-building, and dialogue through meaningful flash mentoring session, keynote spotlight talk, and main panel.

Anchored in the Give to Gain International Women’s Day 2026 theme, the forum explores how generosity—of knowledge, opportunity, capital, innovation, and care—drives sustainable success for individuals, organizations, and society.
