Engrossed in our day-to-day, we often lose sight of the impact our work can have on the micro-communities to which we belong. An academic year is a whirlwind of emotions. Some winters are long, the rain often comes at a bad time, hesitation on whether giving up or keep trying invades most. 

Those who embrace their passions and devote the little free time their busy schedules allow, are a kind of modern-day Sisyphus. They innovate weekly, learn from difficulties, persist despite doubts...record, repeat, edit or discard, repeat, show up, rehearse, fail, try again…⁣
