💬 Relationships can feel great.

🤔 They can also be confusing, complicated, and hard to navigate.

🧭 This workshop explores what healthy relationship dynamics look like—and what you want from them.

✨ Through honest conversation, reflection, and practical tools, we’ll explore expectations, boundaries, red flags, and challenging dynamics such as jealousy, silence, and needing space.

🙋 Whether you’re single, dating, in a relationship, or figuring things out, you’ll gain greater clarity, language for what you’re experiencing, and information about where to find additional support—all in a relaxed, judgment-free space.

Yone Zubiaurre is a Senior Counselor at IE University. With a keen interest in understanding how individuals relate to themselves, others and their environment, she is particularly interested in the social dynamics of interpersonal relationships, discrimination and abuse, and in contributing to a more inclusive and diverse society.

Before joining IE University, Yone spent ten years working with perpetrators of domestic violence in London. She specialized in behavioral change interventions and risk assessment, leading intervention programs and collaborating with multidisciplinary services, including police, social services and healthcare professionals, to inform safeguarding decisions.

Her experience has shaped her understanding of human behaviour as something that cannot be considered in isolation, but needs to be understood within the wider context of people's relationships, environments and circumstances. Her approach draws on different perspectives on human behaviour, considering psychological and neurobiological processes alongside the social and environmental factors that shape our experiences. She is particularly interested in how understanding these interactions can support personal development and more informed choices.
