💬 Misunderstandings. Awkward feedback. Group work drama.
🤔 Sound familiar? You’re not alone.
🌍 Join this interactive workshop on communicating clearly, navigating disagreements, and exchanging feedback across cultures.
🛠️ Through fun, practical activities, we’ll explore why messages get lost in translation, how to disagree without creating conflict, and what makes feedback land—or crash. Along the way, we’ll consider how culture, context, and power dynamics influence everyday interactions with peers in a diverse, high-pressure university like IE.
🤝 Let’s make uni life a little less confusing—and a lot more connected.

🤔 They can also be confusing, complicated, and hard to navigate.

Ever felt like you're replaying family patterns without realizing it?
This interactive workshop is about uncovering how our family systems—roles, expectations, and unwritten rules—shape the way we relate to ourselves and others. Whether you're super close to your family or more distant, we all carry something from the systems we grew up in.
In this session, we'll explore:
What a family system actually is
How different life stages impact family dynamics
Common roles we take on (and why they stick)
What it means to "differentiate" and build your own path
Come ready to reflect, connect, and leave with tools to better understand your story—and maybe rewrite parts of it.
💭 Open to all students curious about personal growth, relationships, or just understanding their family a bit better.

Talking about suicide can save lives. This workshop aims to raise awareness about the importance of having open, compassionate conversations around suicide, helping to reduce stigma and encourage people to seek support. Participants will learn to recognize common warning signs and risk factors, understand how to respond when a friend may be struggling, and gain practical tools to offer support while connecting others to professional help. Together, we can foster a community where difficult conversations are met with understanding, care, and action.
