The IE Women Leadership Forum – Give to Gain is a half-day, high-impact leadership event that blends inspiration, skill-building, and dialogue through keynote spotlight talks, panels, and interactive workshops.

Anchored in the Give to Gain International Women’s Day 2026 theme, the forum explores how generosity—of knowledge, opportunity, capital, innovation, and care—drives sustainable success for individuals, organizations, and society.

The event convenes students, faculty, corporate leaders, and external partners to equip women (and allies) with practical tools, role models, and networks to excel across Finance, STEM & Tech, Entrepreneurship, and Wellbeing.
