Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Workshop

Through the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion workshop, we will explore interactively why and how we should engage with each other through culture and identity to bring about creativity and innovation, and to  generate spaces of trust in which people can be their whole selves.

We will discuss the concepts of representation and inclusion and apply them in practice with an invited speaker to the case of black inclusion in Europe and the EU Anti-Racism Action Plan in a post Brexit era.

Finally, we will showcase the cultural diversity of participants with a world class tool called Diversity Atlas, which can be used to spot bias in organisations and to celebrate the diversity of groups.
