Welcome to the first-ever Model European Union (MEU) hosted by the IE Debate Club and IE EU Club! 🇪🇺
Participants will step into the roles of EU policymakers and judges, debating some of the most pressing questions facing Europe today across four committees:

Council of the European Union: The Accession of Ukraine to the European Union

European Parliament – AFET (Foreign Affairs): New Strategic Autonomy and International Partnerships

European Parliament – INTA (International Trade): New Strategic Autonomy and International Partnerships

Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU): Case C-000/28: The Irreversibility of the Union
The simulation offers a chance to engage in negotiation, policymaking, and legal reasoning within the EU’s institutional framework.
