During this session we are going to discover together some tips and recommendations for teaching IE blended programs with a high online component and based on videoconferences and discussion Boards. We will explore topics ranging from the design of the course, its teaching and the managing of students to improve the learning experience.
Who is this course aimed at?: New IE professors assigned to this type of IE programs (for example: GOMBA and EMBA), inexperienced professor in blended programs, face-to-face professors who have been recently involved in teaching blended programs or who are curious to know this environment or to incorporate some components of online education to their face-to-face sessions, professors already teaching in blended programs who would like to perform better and to improve the teaching/learning experience.

Felipe Quintana is Industrial engineer by the University of Las Palmas de Gran Canaria and MBA by IE Business School. He has more than 15 years of professional experience working for global companies such as LVMH and Bosch as operations and supply chain manager. He is an IE Adjunct Professor since 2005 teaching inside the area of Operations and Supply Chain Management. Felipe has been teaching in blended programs for 15 years and he have received many awards for teaching excellence inside blended and face-to-face undergraduate, postgraduate and executive programs.
