The physical and unconscious consequences that at different levels women have do to subtle but constant gender violence, present in most countries, has for many years been ignored. However, women have to deal with its consequences on a daily basis: menstrual cramps, bad posture, lack of vitality and focus, infertility, polycystic ovaries, and endometriosis. In this workshop, Aloina Cristal will help you go back to your hormonal balance to prevent, avoid and solve any of the issues mentioned before, by using intuitive movement, subconscious reprogramming, and mindfulness.
