Nichelle Nichols once said: "STEM is not a boy's game, it's not a girl's game. It's everyone's game. It's about where we are and where we're going.” Nevertheless, Women make up only 28% of the workforce in STEM.  However, today we have three women that have challenged and broken many barriers that exist in the industry and are today’s inspiration for women that are starting this path. We are extremely honored to host such inspirational and successful panelists today, as they share their experiences in shattering the glass ceiling in STEM.
