The fields of Business and Entrepreneurship have always been dominated by men. Women all around the globe have found themselves under a glass ceiling every time they have tried to reach leadership positions or contribute to the market or their workplace in the same way as their male counterparts; women like Uliana, Tanya, María or Carolina.

The four of them will be joining us in a fully online panel moderated by Caroline Lomonaco, President of the IEU Women in Business Club in Madrid, in order to share their experiences trying to shatter the glass that has always rested above their heads, that although always allowed them to see the sole of the shoes of the men in their field, had to be broken with hard work and perseverance so they look at them in the eyes.
