The four of them will be joining us in a fully online panel moderated by Caroline Lomonaco, President of the IEU Women in Business Club in Madrid, in order to share their experiences trying to shatter the glass that has always rested above their heads, that although always allowed them to see the sole of the shoes of the men in their field, had to be broken with hard work and perseverance so they look at them in the eyes.

Tanya Bodell is a recognized expert in the electricity industry, providing business advice and expert support to market participants and investors. In addition to her role at Energyzt, she currently serves as President of the Northeast Energy and Commerce Association (NECA) and as Chair of the Cohasset Alternative Energy Committee.
For more than 20 years, she has advised on business strategy, investment opportunities, market-entry, mergers/acquisitions, corporate restructuring, regulatory tactics and asset valuation across the entire power sector value chain as well as other energy resources such as natural gas, LNG and oil.
She often speaks at industry conferences and contributes articles to industry trade journals, including a regular column for Electric Light & Power titled “Economic Inquiry.”

Caroline Lo Monaco is a third-year Politics, Law, and Economics student from the US. She is president of the IEU Women in Business Undergrad Chapter, Communications Coordinator for the IEU PLE Society and class delegate. She is passionate about gender equality and is interested in pursuing law school after graduation from IE.
