As the seasons shift and we approach the fall equinox, a moment of balance between light and dark, we invite the entire IE Community, from curious beginners to experienced yogis, to join us for the 108 Sun Salutation Practice.

In many spiritual traditions, 108 is a sacred number representing wholeness, connection, and universal consciousness. Practicing 108 Sun Salutations is a powerful way to honor change, cultivate presence, and reset your energy for the season ahead.

The fall equinox marks a turning point, a time to slow down, reflect, and find equilibrium both within ourselves and with the world around us. It’s a moment to pause, breathe deeply, and set meaningful intentions as we enter a new phase of the year.
