Join our Guided Meditations to ground yourself in the present, manage stress, and cultivate mental clarity. Open to students, staff, and faculty. Online every week, with in-person sessions the first Tuesday of each month at The Tower and the third Wednesday at María de Molina 31. 

Schedule: 
There will be 2 sessions weekly happening online on Thursdays
  • 9:00am - 9:30am: online
  • 3:00pm - 3:30pm: online
