Spiritual traditions, philosophers, wise people around us, and even common sense have told us that money, status, and power are inadequate ways of providing us with a meaningul and happy life.

Emeritus Professor Tim Kasser, has been one of the first reseachers to test this hypothesis scientifically. In this interview, we will explore the conclusions of his more than 2 decades of research on personal values to understand their implications for Well-Being.
  • What do we mean by intrinsic and extrinsic values?
  • How do they affect our well-being?
  • Do they have an impact on our social relationships and our attitudes towards the environment?
  • How can we connect more with our intrinsic values?
