Details

A cardiovascular interval training session covering the whole body. We will be using compound bodyweight movements working multiple muscle groups at the same time to get maximum results combined with isolation movements. The class will be structured in quick sharp supersets to ensure we cover the whole body in one session. Get ready to sweat! and I'll see you in class!
