From June 14 to June 27, IE students, staff, faculty and alumni are invited to complete the challenge in any of these 2 ways:
1. Open classes: once you receive your XTRA user (after registration), jump into their website and book the workouts of your choice. No excuses! You can book any class from June 14-27 for free! https://xtraininglive.com/app/xuser/classes
2. Daily private workout for the IE community: Sign up to the daily live workouts offered just for the IE community (calendar below ⬇️). Few spots left!
Important: you will need an XTRA user to access all classes in their platform, and also to book open classes. To receive yours, simply register in this main event. The XTRA team will create your user and send it to the email used to register. Check your inbox!

This 30-minute class is perfect start to your day! We will wake up the body and mind with grounding poses, strength exercises, inversions, and expansive stretches to feel amazing and prepare you for the day ahead.

High-intensity interval training (HIIT) is a form of interval training, a cardiovascular exercise strategy alternating short periods of intense anaerobic exercise with less intense recovery periods, until too exhausted to continue.

A cardiovascular interval training session covering the whole body. We will be using compound bodyweight movements working multiple muscle groups at the same time to get maximum results combined with isolation movements. The class will be structured in quick sharp supersets to ensure we cover the whole body in one session.

Mat based pilates class focuses on strength, stability, posture, proper breath control and flexibility. The objective is to balance all muscle groups' strength and flexibility, with an emphasis on challenging the core muscles with each movement.

Equipment required: You will need yourself, a mat, two lightweights (if you have some), and the desire to move your body!
