A workout that combines 4 disciplines, martial arts, military training, boxing, and yoga. We choose the best of each to fortify and align our bodies, open our hearts, and rethink our physical and mental postures towards life. 
Let's train together to celebrate Happiness Week.
Remember to bring comfortable sports clothes, and don't worry, we will have a yoga mat for you!
