THE HEART OF THE MUSIC CLUB

Without our sessions we are nothing. The idea of this club is to bring Madrid's IE Musicians together so they may learn and grow from each other, and create great things together.

This can't happen if we can't be in the same place together. These events are therefore the heart of our club.

In them you can join other musicians to express yourself, be connected to others who share your same passion, learn, create, compose, and take your ideas to the next level.

(All of these sessions have been adapted to fit the coronavirus safety regulations. To this end, members will be able to attend sessions virtually.)

Jam, Production, and Songwriting Sessions

These sessions are the heart of the music club. We meet up to jam and improvise, write songs, and to take those songs to the next level through production. We try to have one every week or two.

Music Club Concerts

We try often to set up concerts, whether it be online or in person, where musicians can showcase their talents to friends, family and of course our IE community. These may also be featuring in other events in the IE community.

Educational Workshops

If there is a number of members who have interest in a certain topic, we will host an educational session, where we bring in an educator, or experienced member, to talk about the topic and assist everyone in its application.

Run For Her

Join us for a vibrant fundraising race along the river, created to celebrate and empower women. Students from across campus are joining forces to bring you a morning full of energy, community, and purpose. Choose between the 5k or 3k, both on scenic, traffic-free trails, and stay for the fun relay afterward. At the start/finish area you’ll find snacks, drinks, music, and small activities for everyone cheering along. There will also be a fitness class on the lawn and a podium ceremony honoring the top three in each activity. 📅 Sunday, April 12, 2025 📍 Creativity Center 🏃 5k at 11:00 | 3k at 11:00 🚌 Buses from Madrid: Departure at 9:00 (IE Tower – Monforte de Lemos) | Return at 14:30 from Segovia (Aqueduct) 🌍 Open to: IE community, Segovia locals, and runners from Madrid 💶 Fee: 5€ (all proceeds go to the fundraising initiative) Run with purpose.
