Step inside real international offices, shadowing professionals, and seeing firsthand how deals happen across different markets. From client conversations to strategy in action, you’ll get a behind-the-scenes look at how global business really works.

*This program is only open to undergraduate students in their first, second, and third year of single-degree programs, and in their first, second, third, and fourth year of dual-degree programs, who are passport holders or residents of the selected location and can cover their own travel and accommodation.

LIMA, PERU

Office Focus: Outreach, candidate engagement, and relationship-building with companies, alumni, and prospective students.

What you’ll experience:

  • Coffee chats with prospective candidates.
  • Participation in events with companies, universities, and alumni.
  • Support in organizing panels and executive breakfasts.
  • School visits and student outreach activities.
  • Exposure to content creation and social media initiatives.

Profile we're looking for:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills Interest in marketing, outreach, or business development.

  • Flexible schedule.

  • Available start weeks: June 2–6 or July 21–25.
  • Duration: Up to two months.

MIAMI, USA

Office Focus: Student recruitment, market outreach, and event planning across the US region.

What you’ll experience:

  • Participation in team meetings and pipeline discussions.
  • Responding to inquiries from prospective and incoming students.
  • Support in planning and coordinating events (e.g. alumni or recruitment events).
  • Exposure to market research and campaign preparation for upcoming intakes.

Profile we’re looking for:

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Interest in market research, outreach, and business development.
  • Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
  • Open to undergraduate students from the following programs: BBA, BIR, BBSS, BCDM, BID, BCSAI, and any dual degrees.
  • Familiarity with the US or Latin American market is a plus.

Format & availability:

  • Flexible schedule.
  • Hybrid model.
  • Shadowees needed: 1 - 2.
  • Available weeks: May 18-29, June 15-26 or July 6-31.
  • Duration: Two weeks.

MUNICH, GERMANY

Office Focus: Business development, student recruitment, alumni engagement, and corporate relations across the DACH region.

What you’ll experience:

  • Exposure to business development and partnership initiatives with companies and institutions.
  • Participation in recruitment and outreach activities, including events and information sessions.
  • Involvement in alumni engagement and community-building initiatives.
  • Attendance at team meetings and coordination sessions.
  • Support in research, presentations, and ongoing projects.
  • Opportunity to attend external or commercial events (if applicable).

Profile we're looking for:

  • Interest in business development, marketing, or international relations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, curious, and adaptable mindset.
  • Comfortable working in multicultural environments.

Format & availability:

  • Part-time format (approximately 4 hours per day, 4 days per week).
  • Hybrid model.
  • Shadowees needed: 2 - 3.
  • Available weeks: first three weeks of July.
  • Duration: one week.

NEW YORK, USA

Office Focus: Student recruitment, event execution, and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

What you’ll experience:

  • Participation in pipeline reviews and team meetings.
  • Involvement in the execution of a key summer event.
  • Exposure to cross-team collaboration, including interaction with the IE New York center.
  • Opportunity to observe recruitment-related activities and operations.

Profile we're looking for:

  • Proactive and adaptable attitude.
  • Willingness to support different tasks as needed.
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
  • Interest in recruitment and event execution.

Format & availability:

  • Flexible schedule.
  • Hybrid model.
  • Shadowees needed: 2.
  • Available week: June 22-26.
  • Duration: one week.

  • Participants must have the legal right to travel to and stay in the selected location.
  • This experience is observational (shadowing) and does not involve hands-on work.
  • Participants are expected to demonstrate professional behavior, punctuality, and respect for company policies and confidentiality.
  • The final shadowing dates will be assigned based on both office and student availability. While we will do our best to accommodate preferences, flexibility is required.
