Join us for IE Well-being Day, a campus-wide celebration dedicated to promoting mental, physical, and emotional well-being across the IE community. Taking place on Wednesday, November 6, this special day brings together students, faculty, and staff for a series of engaging activities, expert talks, and wellness experiences.
Whether you're looking to relax, recharge, or learn new strategies for a healthier lifestyle, IE Well-being Day offers something for everyone — from guided meditation and movement classes to workshops on stress management, nutrition, and personal growth.
Organized by the Center for Health and Well-being, the Well-being Club, and the Sports & Well-being Department, this is your opportunity to slow down, reconnect, and invest in your own well-being.
