Career Development Training (CDT)

What is the Career Development Training (CDT)?

It is an online, mandatory, self-paced extracurricular course on Blackboard, which appears as a pass/non-pass course on your transcript.

When do you take the CDT?

Once per year.
Each year, the content changes and helps you build more professional skills to prepare you for the workplace.

What does the course include?

Webinars and practical activities related to topics such as internship search, getting experience, recruitment processes, LinkedIn, interviews, potential career paths, and many more!

The CDT is an official extracurricular subject, validated by your Academic Office. Like any other subject, the final grade will appear on your transcript at the end of the academic year.

Final Grade

The final grade will be shown as 'PASS' or 'NON PASS' (APTO – NO APTO). A 'PASS' means you have completed the training and passed the test. If you don’t complete the training, therefore failing the test, you will receive a 'NON PASS'.
