Welcome to the IE Halloween Regatta & Adventure Weekend 2022!

October 29th - November 1st (Saturday to Tuesday) 2022 in Lanzarote, Canary Islands, Spain!
(Tuesday, November 1st is a holiday in several countries)

On this edition, we celebrate the 8th edition of the IE Regatta!

Participants:
You can participate if you are a student and Alumni of any IE school, including university, or from any of the invited business schools. IE Staff and Professors, Exchange Students/Alumni and Partners are also welcome to join us.

Agenda:

Lodgment: 
Your ticket includes three nights of lodgment in Hotel Costa Calero ****, in double or triple superior rooms.
The hotel is just a 5 min walk from the marina, and a 15 min drive from the airport of Lanzarote.
The Thalasso & Spa Centre is the perfect place for relaxation and enjoyment after an active day. With your ticket you have included one entrance to the SPA Circuit (2 hours).

What is included in your ticket?
Almost EVERYTHING! No other regatta offers you such value for money ;)
- 2 days of outdoor activities (Regatta or Adventure)
- 3 nights of lodgment at HOTEL COSTA CALERO**** (Saturday to Tuesday)
- Double or Triple Superior Rooms (depending on availability)
- 3 Continental Breakfasts
- Two Lunch Boxes 
- 3 Dinners (including the Halloween Gala Dinner & Party on the last day) 
- One entrace to the hotel SPA  for a thermal circuit (2 hours)
- Welcome cocktail and pool party
- Awards for the winners
- IE polo and merchadising
- Professional fotos and video of the event
- Transportation from the hotel to the activities and back (except the ones at walking distance, the marina is 5 min walking from the hotel)

What is not included in your ticket:
- Travel Costs (Flights, taxis to and from the airport)
- Travel Insurance
- The drinks of the meals at the buffet dinners in the hotel + any drinks not included in the specific activities.
- Boat deposit (for Regatta Tickets - refundable)
- Sailing Training (for Regatta Tickets) on Friday (200 euros per boat, 5 people)

Ticket Price:
- Early Bird - Payments before August 12th -  580 euros / participant 
- Normal Ticket - Payments from August 13th – 650 euros / participant

Bookings:
- Once you book in this page, you will receive the payment instructions to the email you used to register.
- The payment can be done with by bank transfer, Revolut or Paypal (excluding fees).
- To confirm your ticket, pay in the 72 hours following the reception of the payment instructions.
- Once you pay, book your flights ASAP for better prices.

Cancelation Fees and Dates:
Until August 31st – Free Cancelation; 
Until September 30th – Cancelation Fee – 25%, Refund 75%; 
Until October 15st – Cancelations are possible only if there is a replacement for your spot, once the event is fully booked. In this case - Ticket Transfer Fee – 25%, Refund 75%; 
From October 16th – No refunds are possible.

Please note that this excludes any transfer costs / payment fees associated, which we cannot refund given that they are charged by external entities (e.g. bank transfer cost, PayPal fees, etc.).
