Welcome to the IE Regatta & Adventure Weekend 2023!

October 12th - 15th (Thursday to Sunday) 2023 in Lanzarote, Canary Islands, Spain!
(Thursday October 12th is national holiday in Spain)

On this edition, we celebrate the 9th edition of the IE Regatta!

Participants:
You can participate if you are a student and Alumni of any IE school, including university, or from any of the invited business schools. IE Staff and Professors, Exchange Students/Alumni and Partners are also welcome to join us. Students and alumni from other schools are also welcome to join!

Agenda:
To make the best out of this event, we recommend you to arrive early on Thursday, October 12th! There is the option to buy extra nights of lodgement if you decide to arrive before. Lodgment: 
Your ticket includes three nights of lodgment in Hotel Costa Calero ****, in double or triple superior rooms.
The hotel is just a 5 min walk from the marina, and a 15 min drive from the airport of Lanzarote.
The Thalasso & Spa Centre is the perfect place for relaxation and enjoyment after an active day. With your ticket you have included one entrance to the SPA Circuit (2 hours).

What is included in your ticket?
Almost EVERYTHING! No other regatta offers you such value for money ;)
- 2 days of outdoor activities (Regatta or Adventure)
- 3 nights of lodgment at HOTEL COSTA CALERO**** (Saturday to Tuesday)
- Double or Triple Superior Rooms (depending on availability)
- 3 Continental Breakfasts
- Two Lunch Boxes for Friday and Saturday 
- 3 Dinners (including the Final Dinner & Party on saturday) 
- Two entraces to the hotel SPA  for a thermal circuit (2 hours)
- Welcome cocktail
- Event t-shirt and merchadising
- Professional fotos of the event

What is not included in your ticket:
- Travel Costs (Flights, taxis to and from the airport)
- Travel Insurance
- The drinks of the meals at the buffet dinners in the hotel + any drinks not included in the specific activities.
- Boat deposit (for Regatta Tickets - refundable)
- Optional Sailing Training (for Regatta Tickets only) on Thursday (200 euros per boat, 5 people)

Ticket Price:
- Early Bird - Payments before August 31tst –  630 euros / participant 
- Normal Ticket - Payments from September 1st – 690 euros / participant

Bookings:
- Once you book in this page, you will receive the payment instructions to the email you used to register.
- The payment can be done with by bank transfer, Revolut or Paypal (excluding fees).
- To confirm your ticket, pay in the 72 hours following the reception of the payment instructions.
- Once you pay, book your flights ASAP for better prices.

Cancelation Fees and Dates:
Until August 31st – Free Cancelation; 
Until September 15th – Cancelation Fee – 25%, Refund 75%
Until September 30th – Cancelation Fee – 50%, Refund 50%
From October 1st – Cancelation Fee – 100%, Refund 0% (no refunds).

Please note that this excludes any transfer costs / payment fees associated, which we cannot refund given that they are charged by external entities (e.g. bank transfer cost, PayPal fees, etc.).
